hey guys!
an anon on askfm asked me about my workout routine so i told that anon that i would
blog about it because it would be really hard to explain through askfm.
anyways, we all know that a good figure doesn't just come for free, right?
like which guy doesn't want to be strong, tough and free?
which girl doesn't want to be slim and fit?
well, in my opinions, i don'y really fancy being extremely skinny or having big boobs
and stuff like that. because think about it, be all boney? doesn't look or feel good huh?
i know a few people who has big boobs and hates it.
yes off they like it when you see/feel that you have boobs but too big isn't that good either.
when you run, its fucking hell heavy and ofc it bloody hell bounces so it does hurts. all boobs hurts when a girl runs. unless if you are wearing a good sports bra that supports it well.
but all i'm trying to say is that if you want something, you've to work out for it.
i extremely hate it when people harm themselves just to feel good or "be skinny".
i do have friends who rather starve than to workout or eat healthier but other than advising them,
at the end of the day its still up to them whether or not they want to be skinnier
the healthier way or unhealthier way.
or worst when i see people complaining about their weight/figure but not do anything about it.
c'mon. face the fact if you're just being a potato couch and not doing anything about
whatsoever that you are complaining about.
complaining/whining about it yet not doing anything about it won't help k.
if by any chance any of you out there thinks that by starving, cutting away proteins/carbs,
eating lesser (like maybe just by drinking water) or any other bad stuff will help you lose weight/slim down, you are right.
it will, most definitely. but you body will lose out on all the nutrients it needs, you will start to have other problems and it will start to be a habit thats hard to kick away.
i'm not an expert in any of these (fitness, diet, etc) but i know that by starving or cutting away carbs/proteins would not help me.
yes no doubt, i will have fats. we all need fats in our body but it's just whether its bad ones or good ones.
no doubt, im a very lazy person. haha and yes ofc i hate working out.
it is indeed torturing but do you want to work towards your goal? obviously eh?
so quit complaining and start working out!!
first up, drink loads of water.
water should always be your best friend.
kick away all the bad habits of carbonated drinks, etc.
drinking plain water is good for your skin too!!!
as for me, i drink water and green tea everyday.
you have no idea how many bottles i can drink in a day hahaha
tea helps you too!
well i guess that would have to depend on you.
green tea helps boost your metabolism which is why i drink it. (obv, i like it too)
and other teas like milk tea, lemon tea, etc.
but water should always be your first choice.
next up, your greens and fruits.
different fruits/greens have their different kind of function, i suppose.
and for me, im extremely picky.
i used to never eat any greens but i do eat quite a number of fruits.
even till now, i only have like lettuce or round spinach. nothing else haha
but if you are someone who cant live without greens or you don't mind anyways then GOOD.
as for fruits, i like to have my fruits frozen. (only some)
like for example, i dont really like apple but i dont mind if they are sweet.
so i freeze my grapes and have them like frozen candies hehe.
or frozen bananas are nice too!!!
so yeah, have as many fruits as you like!!!
carbs and proteins.
well, in the morning(if i have the time, i would have cereals with milk but i don't drink the milk)
or sometimes on the weekend if I'm not too lazy, i would make some oatmeal with peanut butter and bananas. hmmm, if you dont like oatmeal, you can switch it with a whole-grain bread or whole-meal ones. or if you dont like either, you can have like erm a slice of white bread and a slice of the whole-meal/grain ones. :))
well, i think as a girl i have a man's appetite. LOL, NOT EVEN KIDDING.
only thing that stops me from that is not knowing what to eat. argh.
but i usually use a smaller plate or small to refrain myself from over eating.
now, even when times im full i would just stop and not continue.
i guess all i can say is have a good breakfast, yes its super important and dont over eat.
eat in moderation too!!
next, i work out too.
i would sometimes go to the gym when i have the time.
bcos for me, i have training on monday for 3 hrs and pe on monday too.
also, 3hrs of training on wednesday and pe on thursday.
and pls, i do have remedial and other extra classes. so yes, im bloody hell busy.
but, i do go to the gym still.
im very insecure of my body so most of the time i go alone or i would go with a friend.
but mostly, alone.
i have no idea how to explain to you what i do at the gym.
but what i do at the gym is about the same at home.
just that at the gym i would use like the machines/things there.
like maybe lift some weights, do some running/cycling.
you know, the gym stuffs.
but at home,
i would go to youtube and watch videos from

so, i'll watch the videos and workout at the same time.

or, i would just workout accordingly(i planned these):
30 push ups(girl ver)
30 berpees
50 lunges
50 squats
50 jumping jacks
50 leg lifts
100 inner thigh leg lifts(both sides)
100 crunches
100 bike crunches
1min plank
1min invisible chair
1min ab crunch
1min side plank (both sides)
1 min air circling for arms
30s running man
if you're a beginner you can cut down to 20/25
when things get too easy, add more.
dont forget all your stretching!!
oh and yes, if you're like me, i get a lot of muscle aches easily so wear these
mine are from scholl and i got them from watsons!
so i think you can get it from there too.
cant remember how much i've got them for tho.
its good for you bcos it slims you down and it helps me for my muscle aches too.
i wear these almost every night or sometimes i dont. haha.
but yeah i wear em overnight.
so yup.
