yes, you can tell from the title, it's my first day at my first job today hehe. i never thought that working in a cafe would have been so much fin. trust me, i've always only wanted to work at places like Topshop, UNIQLO or so. i never thought i would ever work in the f&b industry. hahaha, ok maybe i've actually thought of places like Starbucks or smth.... hehe.
so anyw, i wasn't actually supposed to work today. i woke up at like 3 plus again. then i checked my phone. saw a text from my boss, Vivian, asking me if i could fill her in today. so obv i said yes right, i mean like why not? i kind of like going to work. it's fun and it keeps my mind off things. hahaha, so i went to bathe and rach went along with me cause she needed to do some topshop shopping.
i was supposed to report at like 6pm but bc it was a late notice, my boss told me to come at like 6-7pm. so i reached at about 6:30pm. checked in. changed. wore my apron. started to learn everything and was introduced to the other crew members. it was kind of awkward but it was fine. i could get along well with the girl, Peggy, working with me. Vivian was nice and funny.
haha, so initially the goal was supposed to be 1000bucks. i thought we couldn't make it but end up, Peggy and i passed. we did like 1000 plus hahaha. so yup. i thought it would have been more tiring, like the kind where i would knock out by the time i'm home but no. i'm still here blogging haha. maybe bc it's part time.
oh and did i mention that Eong Jing and his friends dropped by today haha. my first day and he is the first to visit. good good, not bad. if you're reading this, thank you and sorry about the discount thing. i'm very blur bc first hehe.
so yup, i ended work at about 1:09am then i went to get a cab. wtf, so expensive ok. if i can't claim back my money right, i don't even think i would take the cab lor lmao. went to mac to meet rach then i'm back at her place. so tmr there's another advanced christmas gathering so i better go sleep now or do smth else haha idk.
well, at least i got things off my mind today tho i received 2 text from someone i wish would have actually done that earlier. i'm not saying it's too late. i'm just saying that now you're gonna have to put in a 100% all the time so that i would believe you. crush the paper. now open it. do you see that now the paper is all ugly and crumpled. there's obv no way to make the paper the way of how it used to be. but it depends with what you do with the crumpled paper that matters and counts.
